Mojtaba Zonnour, chairman of Iran Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, on Thursday released a video announcing that he has tested positive for the new coronavirus.

Recall that the country’s deputy health minister Iraj Harirchi said that he tested positive for the COVID-19.

Iran has confirmed 26 deaths from coronavirus, the highest outside China. An additional 106 confirmed infections took the total number of cases to 245, ministry spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour told a daily briefing.
